Guests at the Landhotel Lindenhof can expect exquisite Slow Food cuisine. Surrounded by lakes, the focus is on delicious fish dishes. Kärntna Låxn and Reinanken come from Brennsee or Millstätter See, while gold, rainbow, or tiger trout are sourced from the Andreas Hofer fish farm. The menu also features delicacies such as pink-roasted entrecôte from Wagyu young cattle, pink-roasted back from Nockberge calf, or Wiener schnitzel from Carinthian milk pigs. Additionally, the Lindenhof offers a vegan menu daily. A special service: those who wish can take home one of fourteen different dishes in a jar.
