Kärntna Låxn and Reinanken come from Brennsee or Millstätter See, while gold, rainbow, or tiger trout are sourced from the Andreas Hofer fish farm. The menu also features delicacies such as pink-roasted entrecôte from Wagyu young cattle, pink-roasted back from Nockberge calf, or Wiener schnitzel from Carinthian milk pigs.
