As the enthusiastic chairman of Mountainbike and Roadbike Holidays - with 90 member establishments - I guarantee you facilities we can be proud of. Here are our standards. 

Hotel facilities

• video-monitored and lockable bike garage
• individual bicycle lock
• 1x per week bicycle trailer for long tours with transport
• Area for drying bike clothing and wet shoes
• Repairs and standard replacement parts
• Service corner with: tools, mounting rack, lubricants, pump, repair kit, inner tubes for a fee.
• Bicycle rack
• Bike shower
• Laundry service

Service for bikers

• Your host– Hannes – is a certified bike guide himself
• on 6 days oer week 3 guided bike services 
• Pick-up service with bike shuttle in case of breakdowns
• MTB technique training 2 x per week (see weekly programme)
• MTB bike programme with Bikecenter Krainer with themed tours
• Mountain bike tour & shower possibility after the tour on departure day
• Daily tour advice from the host himself 17.00-19.00 at the reception
• certified local guides lead the guided tours
• Repair service on 5 days per week through Armins Radlwerkstatt
• min. 15 planned tours can be found on the hotel website
• Bike Info Corner on the first floor
• Nockbike tour mao free at the reception
• Rental of high-quality e-bikes at the iBike Box
• Individual e-MTB instruction by our guides
• Service card for bikers with emergency numbers, weather info & hazard warnings
• Biker round table? After the tour you can gather on the  terrasse of Radlerei – where else?

Of course, we also offer bike rental  – with and without an electric boost!
